Scope of the Policy
The Quality Management System of Cuantico applies to:
- The provision of development, support, and operation services for digital platforms for record traceability, digital procedures, data observatories, and artificial intelligence models.
- Consulting and training in ICT Public Management, Innovation practices, and Digital Government.
- Implementation and operation of virtual training platforms.
In accordance with clause 4.3 of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, the requirement “7.1.5.2 – Measurement Traceability” is excluded, since the organization does not use measuring devices that require calibration as part of its operational or quality processes.
